Each week, a longer class is available that takes you deeper into movement, breath, and mindfulness for a deeper body-mind connection. For those days where you want a little more.

Rosie brings a playful mix of spice and balance to her teaching. Her Pilates classes fire up strength and energy, while her Yoga offers space to soften, restore, and return to equilibrium. Each practice is a chance to both challenge and nourish your body and mind.
