Hailey weaves nearly two decades of teaching into grounded, mindful practices that act as daily rituals for strength, clarity, and ease. Blending Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation, her approach is rooted in intelligent movement, helping you feel more connected in body and mind, and more spacious in life.

Rosie brings a playful mix of spice and balance to her teaching. Her Pilates classes fire up strength and energy, while her Yoga offers space to soften, restore, and return to equilibrium. Each practice is a chance to both challenge and nourish your body and mind.
